We’re currently working on our website getting it ready for the next stage which allows us to make it GDPR compatible. This also allows Phoenix Performers to be in greater a position to follow the guidelines of GDPR.
The next stage of our website is to create a page where you can securely log on and see what data we currently hold on you. You will then be able to change any incorrect data or delete anything which is no longer required.
To do this we are currently creating accounts for all of our members which will robustly hold your details confidentially and only accessible to the required member.
As a result of this you may have received an email off us tonight asking you to reset your password. Sorry! This was sent our prematurely. Our website isn’t quite ready for this and as a result following the link will result in an error.
We just wanted to assure you the email was sent from us and no one else and what our intentions are.
The next stage of our website is nearly ready to go live and not only does it create a safe place for you to see what data we have for you, but also gives our members a secure place to access content such as scripts, rehearsal videos, music and other key content. We can’t way to launch the next phase and we know you’re going to love it.
