Terms and Conditions for Monthly Payments
These terms and conditions apply to the Phoenix Performers’ monthly payment subscriptions facilitated through Square. By setting up a monthly subscription, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Details
1.1 Monthly payments are available for the following groups:
Chicks: £10 per month (annual savings of £36).
Kestrels, Falcons & Eagles (1 session per week): £15 per month (annual savings of £28).
Eagles (2 sessions per week): £30 per month (annual savings of £56).
1.2 Payments will be collected on the 1st of each month via the Square platform. Links for subscription setup are as follows:
Chicks: £10 per month
Kestrels, Falcons & Eagles (1 session per week): £15 per month
Eagles (2 sessions per week): £30 per month
1.3 When setting up your subscription, please input your young person’s name in the delivery address box. If you have more than one young person attending, you must set up a separate subscription for each one.
1.4 For Eagles who occasionally attend Saturday sessions, a £15 subscription can be set up, with additional sessions paid separately as needed.
2. Refunds and Missed Sessions
2.1 Monthly payments are non-refundable, including for missed sessions, except in extraordinary circumstances as determined by the Phoenix Performers’ leadership team.
2.2 If a session is cancelled by the Phoenix Performers (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), alternative arrangements will be communicated.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
3.1 If your young person decides to leave the Phoenix Performers, it is the account holder’s responsibility to cancel the subscription via Square. Failure to cancel the subscription will result in continued monthly charges, which will not be refunded.
3.2 Cancellation of subscriptions must be done directly through the Square platform. If you encounter any issues, please contact the Phoenix Performers at finance@phoenixperformers.com for assistance.
4. General Terms
4.1 Subscriptions must be set up in advance of attending sessions. Payments made after the 1st of the month may result in delayed confirmation of attendance.
4.2 The Phoenix Performers reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Notification of changes will be communicated via email or on the Phoenix Performers website.
4.3 All personal data provided during the subscription process will be handled in accordance with the Phoenix Performers’ Data Protection Policy.
